We review, process permits, and perform inspections relative to local, state, and federal floodplain requirements.

Our office serves as the designated floodplain administrator for many municipalities across Pennsylvania. As the floodplain administrator, we are tasked with overseeing compliance with local floodplain ordinances, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), and state mandated protection rules under Pennsylvania Act 166 of 1978. Our team conducts thorough reviews of projects proposed within a floodplain, issues applicable permit approvals, and conducts site inspections to confirm compliance with all code requirements.
